The company follows a strict multi-stage quality control system - from raw material selection through cleaning, grading, processing, packaging, right upto storage and shipping. From the beginning of the selection of the Raw material till the delivery of the Finished Product, our quality Controllers scrutinize the each activity to ensure the quality. As we have the direct access to the huge suppliers we purchase each raw material in bulk quantity to retain its quality and taste around a year.
We supply our products in the consumer packs in required quantity as per the customers wish. The packaging is done in the food grade pouches which make sure the food products to retain its flavor and freshness. We use hi-tech machinery to ensure the quality and perfect sealing.
As the technology advances, we keep up with the same. Our factory is equipped with latest advanced machinery for many of the operations such as Cleaning, Sorting, Boiling, Washing, Roasting, Blending, Grinding and Packing. All the operations are done under hygienic condition and International standard.
Samples from the each batch of the product are cooked and tested for its taste before the packing is done. We make our products under the vigilance of the Indian Certifying Authorities Spices Board & APEDA.
